My purpose as a trainer is neither to be a drill sergeant nor to create client dependence on me for their success.I am here to guide others through the learning process; to educate on the science behind nutrition and fitness, and how they work together for optimal living. All I require is that my clients put in as much heart and soul into their training as I do for them. As a trainer and coach I can formulate a plan but it is up to the individual to implement it. Experience I have worked with both men and women ranging from ages 15 to 70; dancers, sports athletes, new mothers,bodybuilders/figure competitors, those recuperating from injury and those seeking overall fitness and better health. Background I was not blessed with the best genes and never knew what it was like to eat poorly and not reap the consequences since childhood. After years of suffering from an eating disorder as a young teen, I was determined to find the key to balance between a healthy physique and overall wellness. I began my own journey years ago to seek the truth, and after years of trial and error, I feel blessed to have accumulated such knowledge to benefit from personally but more importantly, to share with others. |
